Questions

When will my shipment arrive?

Shipments are planned for May and November. Each case will be couriered direct to your nominated delivery address.

How does it work?

We will email you prior to the scheduled dispatch of your wines. The cost of each shipment will be charged to the credit card submitted with your membership application. Payment will be processed prior to shippping.

Which wines will be included in each shipment?

The Pinot Noir case will be a selection from our range of 3 pinot noirs. We will choose from current releases and may include an older vintage from our library.

The Mixed case will be specially selected by our winemaking team and include both pinot noirs and white wines with a mix of vintages and styles.

The Aromatic Whites case will be either our winemakers selection or we will give you the opportunity to personalise this prior to shipping.

Can I join if I live overseas?

Yes. We welcome members from around the world, although international freight charges must be passed on. International shipping rates are available at the Tasing Room or you may emails us if you would like to check on costs for your destination (*NB local duties, taxes and other statutory charges may be incurred in addition to freight).

Can I cancel my membership?

You may cancel your membership at any time with 30 days written notice. There is no termination charge after receipt of the 2nd Vine Club shipment. In the event of early termination, your credit card will be charged for any discounts received as a member.
