    Our premium Verismo Pinot Noir is carefully selected from just three small areas on the vineyard where we manage our vines to very low cropping levels with high levels of light exposure and careful canopy management. The wine is matured in 300 litre hogshead French oak for over 12 months with average of 45% of the wine in new oak. After blending the wine is returned to barrel for further maturation for several months prior to bottling. These back vintage releases are exceptional value. Carefully stored in a temperature controlled warehouse and now ready to drink, or keep for many more years.
