Our Pinot Noir is the jewel in the crown – the focal point in our repertoire of wines ‘The High Note’ was inspired by Misha’s opera-singing mother and her early life spent in the theatre.
Ruby in colour, this Pinot Noir has inviting aromas of blackberry and red summer fruits, violets and vanilla, and a little dark chocolate with hints of exotic spice. A powerful and focussed palate exudes warmth and depth with the dense sweet fruit supported by silky tannins
This Pinot Noir greets you with lifted aromas of liquorice, spice and dark cherry along with a more delicate perfume of white musk and moonflower. The palate is gentle, has lingerings sweet fruit freshness, but still finishes with a flinty seriousness.
Ruby with an expressive nose of plum stone, cinnamon, chocolate and hints of truffle, this Pinot Noir has a gentle silky palate with sweet fruit tempered by fine tannins, roasted wild herbs and a long lingering finish.
This Pinot Noir has enticing aromas of dark chocolate, coffee spice, orange zest and black plum with a gentle but multi-layered palate of sweet fruit and vanilla, supported by fine cedar spice tannins yet remains refreshingly dry.
Medium ruby red with aromas of raspberry, baked plum with hints of cinnamon, and white mushroom, the palate of this Pinot Noir is warm and gentle with sweet cherry and plum ﬂavours beautifully wrapped in fine fruit tannins.
A complex and sophisticated nose of violets and blackberry, this medium-dark ruby Pinot Noir has a supple palate of fine sweet fruit, hints of vanilla and herbs with refreshing acidity and a long persistent finish.
Pinot Noir is very versatile and great with lamb, venison and veal, and a large range of vegetable dishes especially mushrooms. It is also the perfect accompaniment to game birds such as quail, pheasant, turkey and duck.
