On the evening of May 25th, Fiji Marriott Resort Momi Bay played host to an extraordinary event, the Misha’s Vineyard Wine Dinner, offering an exquisite culinary journey paired with the finest wines from New Zealand’s renowned Misha’s Vineyard. The event, held at the resort’s stunning venue, captivated guests with a four-course wine pairing menu meticulously crafted by the culinary team at Fish Bar, renowned for their innovative approach to seafood cuisine. Each course was expertly paired with the Central Otago wines from Misha’s Vineyard, Pinot Noir and aromatic white varieties creating a symphony of flavors that delighted the senses and showcased the exceptional quality of both food and wine.

Guests savored every bite and sip as they indulged in this culinary journey, set against the breathtaking backdrop of Momi Bay.
