Shanghai, or “Hu” as she’s called for short in Chinese, is a very popular place to be right now – with 23 million people to prove it! She’s also a popular target for wine producers from all over the world who are trying to enter the fast-growing China market through its most sophisticated city. But there is more to Shanghai than the huge population and strong economic prowess and wine producers need to know who’s Hu before embarking on a voyage into this Paris of the East.
