Pinot Gris – lovely, elegant excellent varietal, refined – a bit like you! Gewurztraminer – gorgeous delicacy and spice with beautiful florals and lovely residual sweetness adding to the richness. Pinot Noir – a touch on the cooler side, and a little light. Good herb nuances, still very attractive. The presentation is superb!
